
Art Therapy
Whether you are suffering from anxiety, depression, overcoming addictions, PTSD, or just wanting to escape the rat race and enjoy some time in nature, photography therapy is a great activity for everyone. Following my studies in psychology and meditation while simultaneously working as a fine art photographer over the years, I have decided to combine the two together and create something called photography therapy.
What's included?
Photography therapy is a combination of mindfulness and Qi gong/breathwork exercises, mental health talks, guided photography walks, and Q+A sessions while immersing yourself in nature.

Locations vary between Bournemouth and Hampshire depending on preferences.
Group sessions are currently running as a KOHA (Donations).
