Wanting to escape the rat race and enjoy some time in nature?
Following my career as a life coach, meditation teacher, and passionate fine art photographer, I have decided to combine them all together and create something called photography therapy.
What's included?
Photography therapy is a combination of mindfulness exercises, wellbeing talks, guided photography walks, and Q+A sessions while immersing yourself in nature.
